I met a great girl and right now I barely fit because of my girth and she has specifically told me if I got any bigger she would not feel comfortable and to be honest it almost hurts me when we have sex because of her tightness, but I know I could go deeper.
I'm looking for all manual exercises I'm totally uncomfortable with putting a strange device on my penis or hanging weights.
I still plan on doing jelqs for erection quality so has anyone found a routine where they gained length without girth or minimal girth gains

My suggestion is using an extender for length and doing kegels for EQ.

This doesn't really answer your question, but I've had the same complaint before and have a similar girth. My problem was more because of a large glans and an inclination to corrupt petit good girls with little sexual experience, something about a power trip over a tight vagina, but this thread isn't about me, lol. My experience is that the vagina stretches much in the same way, and much quicker than the penis does. Try using your fingers to stretch her out a bit each time before you go in, this always helped me when I couldn't get it in. Hope this helps.

To the first guy, I have in bold that I don't want to use devices...
And to the second guy: our foreplay is about 15-20 minutes and I do use my fingers to stretch her out and she gets plenty wet she is in her early 20s and i'm 19 she does not want me to eat her out even though i've practically begged to let me it's just something she'll have to get used to I guess i'm not to worried about it she said she loves the "full" feeling it gives her
I'm still looking advice on length gaining exercises other than just jp90 side to side up and down full rotation stretches and i've been considering doing internal stretches

I like a good downwards stretch for length, which focusing on the ligaments. Behind the leg (stretching out backwards) to the left and right also does a good job of targeting ligs. Stretching in all directions, like the stretches from JP's 90 day routine is good. Bundled stretches and tunica tugs might contribute to girth. The internal penis stretch should be good as well. I haven't tried that one, but I think it would be appropriate.

Don't worry too much about getting thicker. It will grow so slowly that she won't notice. Trust me, she can take more girth with practice. It shouldn't feel tighter neither if you ease her into it.

I only do one exercise, weighted v-stretches. Google 'kettle-bell thread mattersofsize', .....check my stats =)Start (Jan 2012):
