Hey guys, so i've now been doing pe for 3 months now, all 3 months i've been doing to jp workout.
I'd just like to know if i should continue with this? The reason i ask is because i'm one of those slow gainers I guess.
Starting NBPEL was 12.7cm, now i'm 13.0cm
Starting MEG was 12.0cm, now it's 12.3cm
Flaccid stats are only 0.2cm increase too
(The stats may be actualy improvements, or they could be lack of consistency in measuring)
Note: I didn't measure BPEL first, but i did at the 3 month mark. I'm currently 15.1cm BPEL

I'd measure BPEL over NPBEL, NBPEL is more prone to fluxuations. I would just continue with JP for a while and make sure you are measuring consistently from now on, you are making gains, and if you're one of the slow gainer types well, you're still making progress. Its not uncommon for men to not gain much at all for a while then around the 4-6 month period to see huge gains, I think thats what happened to going411by7, he started gaining loads in his 4th month. Don't let a slow start get you down or unmotivated, you've seen more girth gains than I have overall and I'm on my 7th month, and gains are gains. You add those up and keep getting them then within time you'll see you're noticibly biggerI'm back!

You never gave us your routine, and what you were doing. Did you notice a difference in EQ? .3cm is pretty slow for 3 months. If your penis feels good why not try upping your exercises? You probably going to easy on the fella. Do you edge and kegal after each session?12/2/12

Jakebfs, yep, i'll be measuring BPEL from now on as my accurate measurement, the others just there for my information
Ahh that's interesting, well hopefully i'm lucky enough to start having those 4-6 month gains
And don't worry, i'm motivated like hell to continue, mostly just for health reasons, getting bigger is my bonus for hard work
UpcomingStallion, my routine is 15 minute warm up, followed by around 10 or so minutes stretching. This is then followed by 100 Jelqs, 60 v jelqs (x3 times)
My routine (jp routine) takes me about an hour to complete. I don't currenty edge, but yes, i kegel.
Could you suggest based on this to continue, or suggest slight differences in routine? Thank you, much appreciated

JP's 90 day routine i think is just a way to prepare ur penis for some good workout just like if u were starting to exercise on a muscle u need to prepare it first then do the advanced stuff ... my suggestion is ur now prepared for some advanced technique in ur routine just search the forum and good luckStart : 1/8/2012

I'd add some bundled stretches and some Uli's to the routine. You could make the directional stretches with kegels bundled stretches with kegels. Clockwise bundle to the left, anti-clockwise bundle to the right, both turns straight out and either both turns straight up or normal straight up. You could also add some Uli's or horse squeezes after every 10 jelqs or something too.

XitemeM i have actually started bundle stretches in the last week, just cause i think i self conciously start doing them sometimes haha!
Ok yes, i may give ulis a go, probably start off maybe after every 20, then see how it goes from there
Right so : warm up, bundles stretches and kegels, jelqs with the occasional ulis, as well as v jelqs then a warm down.
DO you guys recommend personally to do edging at the end?
