penis pump or jelqing?

what would seem to be better or most effective? jelqing or penis pump? Reading up on it they seem to be very similar do what they do to the penis. is there really a difference or just an easier way to jelq? just considering getting one but if its the same as jelqing I might just stick with that.

Guess the only way too find out is by yourself. As each person is different. Im going to keep jelqing as its working and if i get too a point of plateau and i am still unsatisfied with my endowment i will look into other methods/products for PE.
