  • Could somebody help me out with stamina work?

    I've tried searching but can't find anything on stamina work to make PE gains permanent.
    Is it edging etc?

    Somebody please list some exercises and links, thanks!

    As for stamina, edging, kegals, and eating healthy/getting sleep are the key factors in stamina...I believe.

      For general stamina most of the info in the pre e section is still usuable .

        Edging and ballooning are the exercises you'll want to check out
