  • Advice on my routine

    All right, so i've been exercising for about 4 months, and after i finished the jp90 i changed my routine a bit and also added some new exercises, my current routine goes as follows

    10 min warm up
    200 kegels
    30 second stretch, up, down, left, right, astretch, vstretch, and side to side stretch
    10 min dry jelqing
    20 reps of squeezes
    Edging on rest days (2 on 1 off)

    Would this routine overstrain me too much or is it fine?

    Listen to your body. Nobody can really answer this for you besides you. If it feels like to much, slow down. If not, keep it up.

      That's a good routine, that's what I do, I incorporate and extender in 6 days a week as well, but have gotten good gains with that routine.
