I do both and am slowly seeing gains again after a plateau.
I don't know if this has a name, but I call it "climbing the ladder." At 100% kegeled (is that a word? lol) erection, I clamp as far in the base of the shaft that I can with an overhand okay grip. I hold this for about 15 seconds and then I slowly grip with my middle finger while releasing the original okay grip. I hold that middle finger grip for about 15 seconds and then repeat the same process with the next finger until I get to the pinky. It's like climbing a ladder.

I do Ulis, squeezes and Supra slammers, 2-3 each during my edging sessions, and I've gotten good results!
