Thread: No results. Help!

I've been jelqing for almost 2 months now and I haven't seen any significant gains in girth (flaccid or hard), and absolutely no gains in length (flaccid or hard). Here's my routine:
I jelq 5 days a week, 2 days in a row, and then resting on the third day. I do it once a day for 20 minutes. 2-3 seconds per jelq. Up until recently, I haven't done anything else, but in the last week I've started doing some light stretches while flaccid: I grab the head and pull it away from me and hold for 30 seconds, then do the same thing pulling it to the right, left, down and up. I've been doing this about 2-3 times a day.
In doing all of this, I haven't seen any gains in length (flaccid or hard). Am I doing something wrong or should I just be more patient?

Well I'd say stick with your routine man. Unless you're fully conditioned, you shouldn't think about moving up to advanced exercises at all. However, you can do stretching before jelqing. Streches can be really beneficial. You should also check out the JP90 beginner routine. It's more advanced than what you do right now, but it's designed for beginners to condition your penis for intermediate exercises and also to help you gain more."Heroes get remembered. I always wonder if maybe gains are happening, just so slight you might not notice or their happening where you didn't expect them.
You could of gained some length but your penis just isn't taking advantage of it yet (your not at 100% potential EQ). Make sure to measure your fully stretched flaccid.
Girth gains might not be that much for your biggest part yet, You might be gaining some girth in other areas without realizing it. This would lead to a fuller penis, which in my mind is still a very big plus.I must be at Mcdonalds because I'm loving it!
