Warming up does increase blood flow and it is recommended you do it before and after every workout.
Is it normal to FEEL the blood rushing? I've never felt it. But some people can feel blood being forced around by kegeling. I don't
So, I don't know. But how are your Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth! ?
This is what I use to figure out if things are going smoothly downstairs or not.
You think a blood vessel has popped? That would cause bruising and pain. Does it hurt?"Know the rules well, so that you may properly break them" - The Dalai Lama

It sounds like he got an injury.
Did you have this problem your whole life or just lately?
The bump you are talking about, is it like just a bump when you jelq? If the bumps hurts try massage it everyday and if it hurts while jelqing you should take a break and heal your penis. Because i have a bump when i jelq, it doesn't hurt that much. But just use lots of lube if you feel it drying out to fix the bump problem when it hurts a little. Because the bump is like taking all the force instead rest of the shaft if you don't use a lot of lube every second it dry out a little.
