  • A possible intermediate routine

    Good day, I came up with this routine and I would very much like to hear the thoughts of the experienced men in here.
    - 8 to 12 minutes of warm water warm up;
    - JP's stretches;
    - 3 * (4 * 4) flaccid bends;
    - 5 minutes of side jelqs;
    - 5 minutes of wet jelqs (+ 1 minute every week [20 minutes cap]);
    - 3 minutes of v-jelqs (+ 1 minute every week [15 minutes cap]);
    - 20 towel raises;
    - warm down.

    I thank you all in advance for wasting some of your time reading this,

    Everman.
    Start: 20/June/2012 (1st start):
    BPEL: 17cm (6.69")
    MSEG: 12.5cm (4.92")aprox
    Current(28/July/2013)
    BPEL:19.9cm(7.83")/NBPEL:17.5cm (6.89")
    MSEG:12.7cm (5.00")
    Current goal:NBPEL:20cm(7.87")
    MSEG:14cm(5.51")

    Relentlessly forward, without regret, pain or forgiveness.

    Hey Everman,

    It seems reasonable. I can see this routine taking you closer to 80 minutes or so at max cap.
    How often were you planning on doing this routine per week?

    The things that made me gain were keeping the routine super simple and easy. warm up+Down each time & 1 length + 1 girth exercise each time. done.
    Then I'll also toss on some towel raises and edging throughout the week.

      Well... I was thinking 5 days on and 2 days off, but I guess one day on one off should do the trick. It is only supposed to last 3 months.
      Care to propose some improvements?

      Thank you,

      Everman.

        Indeed keep it simple. Outside of PE preparation (warming up and down), I don't have too many exercises basically only three which target mainly girth but do slightly add length as an indirect result. You don't need to spend over an hour to finish a good PE routine; you just need to be persistent about the routine for sometime to what is working for your current objective on your size, stamina, etc...
        Begin 7/25/2011:
        NBPEL 7, BPEL 7.2, MEG 5.6, BEG 6

        Current 12/05/2014:
        FL 5.25, FG 5.2
        NBPEL 7.8, BPEL 8.1, UEG 5.75, MEG 6.25, BEG 6.7

        Long:
        UEG:MEG 6.5

          My only suggestion would be to drop two of your four exercises and keep it to 1 length + 1 girth

                Just one thing i would like to put in here is that, if you are not able to do towel raises that easy you could always do the erect raise instead of towel raise. It is the exact same thing has towel raise just without the towel, but towel raise is a very good routine to put in for erection quality!

                  You're planning your next step early? Good thinking.
                  From routine A to routine B, I see you dropped the towel raises.

                  It's recommended to do exercises like kegels and towel raises to keep a high EQ (Among other things), which will help you in your gains.
                  I do them a few times every week in addition to my normal routine to keep that high EQ.

                    Thank you Torgern.
                    At Toadstool: I merely moved the towel raises from the main routine to the side routine, I plan on doing 5/10 minutes of them every day.
                    Should I continue to do kegels/reverse kegels?

                      You should be doing kegels anyway. I don't even include it in my routine but do them 3 x per week (start of slow with quick kegels). I have never done a towel raise but rather hold the kegel for about 5 seconds; I still can get rock hard due to toned PC muscles. I really think you should be doing kegels (flaccid) before leaping into towel raises.

                          To be honest the best for erection quality in my opinion would be 35 erection raise, hold 5 second break for 2 seconds then repeat until you done around 35 of them. for starters do 20 reps.

                          Just saying my plan here since we are all planning here I am planning to use JP90 for all it is worth around first 3 month then maybe 3 more month's until i stop getting gains.

                          @thenewdude I hope you know that towel raise or erect raise is not that much different from kegels so it should not hurt if you are a beginner or not.
