I have tried it a few times before, well, more than a few. But this time is the first time I have done it a few days in a row. Third day now, and did it twice yesterday. I have got time on my hands now, so I`m thinking about going for a second time today aswell. Is this a good idea? Any thoughts? Should I stick to once a day? I know it may depend on the length and intensity of the session of course, so don`t really know what kind of answer I want or expect
