Fix rotated penis?

Hello,

I'm trying to make my penis perfect. It seems like the insertion of my ligs is higher on my pelvis on the left side than it is on the right side when I palpate it. This is making my penis kind of slanted clockwise, if you know what I'm trying to say.

What I'm asking is: is it possible to lower the insertion at the bone of the ligament or am I shit out of luck? Let me know if you need more info/don't understand me.

I also have this problem, but counterclockwise. I don't think it will cause any problems unless it's extreme so I check if the rotation went any further.
