I just thought I’d introduce myself and do a little write up on the routine I plan to start in roughly a month.
Unfortunately I was circumcised 2 weeks ago, no offence to the circumcised crowd on the site obviously, I only say it’s unfortunate because I had no real choice due to a bad case of phimosis on my foreskin.
Anyway for those more interested in some more details on that, please check out this thread.
A little bit about me
I’m a 6’8”, 27 year old Swede living and working in Italy.
I live together with my wife since a couple of years back and our sex life is good, with an exception for this very moment seeing as my dick is out of order!
Why am I getting into PE & What are my goals?
I’m pretty happy with my size and I believe I’m a tad bit above average, measuring at NBPEL 21cm(8”) and EG 17cm (6.5”).
For those of you interested, my wife has helped me measuring and we used a tailor’s tape to do this.
The reason why I’ve been curious about all these various PE techniques are for a couple of reasons:
First and foremost I have a quite noticeable downward curvature in my penis, It’s never caused me any problems but to me it would be aesthetically more appealing should I be able to straighten it out a bit.
While I have no real problem with it, the idea of possibly being able to achieve stronger erections would be a nice bonus!
Last but not least, I’m a grower, my flaccid length is nothing special and should my routine as a side effect increase my flaccid length you won’t hear any complaints from me.
What routine & Devices are you planning to use?
Let me start out by saying that this has been really difficult, frankly the PE world seems to filled with bullshit.. it takes some time to get through the various levels of crap to actually get some real information.
That being said, thanks to this site and a few others I’ve been able to figure out what might work for me.
I plan on trying JonPops 90 day routine, slightly modified and alongside with the Bathmate and the PenisMaster Pro extender.
My initial plan is to do the following routine on a 2 days in a row, 1 day off schedule.
First two weeks
I will just take it very slow, using strictly the exercises suggested in his thread, most likely doing less reps the first week.
I will add some light flaccid pumping with the bathmate, mainly as a warm down.
While the purpose of the bathmate will be to warm down, I will also slowly, week by week try to step it up a little to the point where I can enter it erect and do some light inner penis stretches.
Now here’s where things start getting interesting.
I intend to use the PenisMaster Pro extender (the vacuu lock one) after sessions, initially keeping it on with a very light stretch for an hour or so after each PE session.
At this point all the various bits and pieces added together to a complete routine which I will carry on until I’ve done it for the entire 3 months.
I hope that by now I’ve been able to get used to the extender to the point where I can start wearing it for 3-4 hour stretches on a daily basis.
Apart from the actual routine I’m also evaluating the following supplements:

First of all I’d like to thank all the people who has dedicated their time to write all the amazing routines, FAQs and general information on this site.
I’d like to give a shout-out to Big Al, who helped me find this forum, he has posted some very useful routines and information over at lpgs.org where I’m a regular.

Once I’m done with my three months on this routine my hopes is to see a little change in curvature and hopefully stronger erections.
While I will document the size, to me that will just be a pleasant side effect or bonus if you will.
Should the results be to my liking, I will continue the above mentioned routine until I feel completely satisfied.
Should there on the other hand be a lack of results I’ll evaluate what I’m doing, how I’m doing it and apply changes where I feel necessary.
Now for some general questions to you guys:
- Does anyone have any videos or links on how to V-Jelq? While it’s benefits are clear to me, I’m a bit confused on how to actually do them.
- Is it safe to use an extender after PE sessions like I plan to do, or on offdays? From what I’ve gathered you can, but I’d love some feedback from you guys.
- Does anyone have any experience with the PenisMaster Pro system, is it comfortable to wear and does it cause any irritation around the frenulum?
Any other suggestions, ideas, comments in regards to the routine and my approache are more than welcome!
That’s all for now, I’ll leave a post here as soon as I get started and once I’ve got going I’ll probably leave some form of status reports every once in a while!

Looks like you have set yourself up for success. I hope you are careful with that beast! I've always thought your sort of curve gives the dick an even larger appearance.
As for your curve fixing, I know that my erection points further up and curves up a bit more up when I am extremely hard but I have a natural curve upward and upward erection angle. I am also working to change my erection angle and straighten my leftward curve that I think I gave myself through masturbation with my right hand exclusively. I have been getting lower and lower in angle and my goal is 90 degrees straight perpendicular to my body. I started at about 150(11 o'clock) and now I'm closer to 120(10 o'clock).
I would suggest stretching your lower ligs with the inner penis stretch as I have been stretching my upper ligs to allow for a looser hang. I would assume stretching the lower ligs would cause then to pull less on the bottom of your dick, allowing it to stick straight out. I would also suggest strengthening and exercising your CS(the bottom chamber) for enlargement as it will support your dick from the underside.BPEL: 6.7-8.57" NBPEL: 6.3-8.25"
MEG: 5.9-6.5" HeadEG: 5.4-6.25" BEG: 6.25-7"
Flaccid: 5"x4.75" -> 6.25"x5.375" for +63% volume

how have you gone about measuring the actual curve?
I intend to stretch the inner penis in all directions, basically the same routine as JonPop suggests for the basic stretches only this time using the Bathmate to stretch the inner penis.

I myself have a curve, and I myself believe that they can be fixed with basic jelqing exercises. As someone who is not interested in using products, and instead just exercises; I will be trying to correct my own curve this way.
It'll be quite interesting to see how things turn out via both different methods and the differences in time taken and effectiveness. I'm definitely going to keep an eye on your progress.

I figured I'd spend a little cash on the whole thing without going overboard, roughly 350-400€ feels acceptable for this experiment, especially if it will turn out to be a success!

Just wanted to let you all know that last night I finally got started.
With an exception for doing only 2 sets of V and normal jelqs I did a full JP workout!
I felt really good after working out, much like the satisfaction you get after a good workout in the gym!
My girlfriend got jealous and had to get in on the action, so ended up getting a hand job after my warm down!
My dick feels really plump and hangs really low today, it must be at least 6-6.5” and really fat. Normally it only hangs 4-5”.
The exercise took longer than I expected, although I’m sure that as I get a feel for it I’ll get a lot faster.
I had problems with the stretches. It was hard getting a good grip without feeling like I was tugging on the actual skin and not the penis.
My head isn’t overly large, got sort of a torpedo shape going! Perhaps that’s why I have a hard time getting a good grip? Any suggestions are welcome here.
All in all, I’m really happy to have gotten started and I look forward to getting another session in tonight.
Last but not least, if any of you mods feel this is inappropriate here please move the thread to the progress forum!
