My routine typically starts out whenever I have some private time. I start with some fowfers and stretching and do that for 5-10 minutes. Then I move onto edging if I am erect and excited or swinging and bending if I am less erect. I will swing and bend until my cock is somewhat sore(5-10 minutes) and then move on to edging with pornography. Lately I have been edging for 15-60 minutes. When I edge is when I get in my clamping and ulis and jelqs because this is when my dick is at it's hardest. I kegel and reverse kegel to keep my cock as hard as I can without loosing blooding flow. I do helicopter spins and deep massage(similar to jelqing) to improve circulation when my dick is feeling fatigued. When I focus on length I do towel raises and swings for 5-10 minutes. I also do mandingo pulls and behind-the-balls inner-penis stretches if I'm focusing on length.
