  • Flaccid bends ftw

    I added flaccid bends to my work out around 2 weeks ago. I have to say that the results are above and beyond what I expected.

    I'm not sure the measurement but my lower shaft has really plumped up since starting them. I do other things of course, but I have to say I'm 99% sure that most of my current lower shaft gains are coming from the flaccid bends.

    I'm very convinced that flaccid bends should be a part of any guys work out that's trying to add a little more to his lower shaft girth. I say lower shaft and not base shaft since its beyond just the base, Clearly the bottom half of my penis has benefited greatly from flaccid bends.

    I figured I'd put this up since I'm sure there's more then one guy out there wondering if he should add them for shaft gains. I say add them suckers and see for yourself.

    I started doing 1 set all four sides with two fingers, I've now added in a 2nd set with 3 fingers after my first as suggested. I'm very eager to see the results that come from this.

    Just remember, it's suggested to have 6 weeks of PE under your belt before starting them.
