  • can doing your routine in the shower omit the warmup times?

    Hey guys!

If you've seen my other threads at this point, you know that I'm going off to college again soon but I want to continue doing PE normally, but in a shorter amount of time, and more subtle.

Can doing your routine in a hot shower omit the warm ups and warm downs?

    Thanks for y'all help
    Start (Summer '11):
    5.2 NBPEL
    5.5 BPEL
    5 EG

    Current (Jan '13):
    6.2 NBPEL
    ~6.7 BPEL
    ~5.2 EG

    Goal:
    ~7.5 NBPEL
    ~5.5 EG

Although its not preferable, but it is better than no warmup at all.

Just make sure to cup your hands under your penis forming a U shape along the shaft to hold the water so you warm it up all over.

      Great, thank you!
I guess just to be safe, I should do a less intense routine huh?

Form your previous thread, it sounded like you were cutting some volume anyway. It's an inferior warm-up (in my opinion) versus the rice sock, but like Mr. B8 said, it's better than nothing.

No, it's not good enough to omit a warm-up. That's like saying sprinting is a good enough warm-up to sprint even more because your body gets warmed in the process.

Hmm, I was also thinking of warming up like I did last year, which was bringing a small towel to the tub (which was public, but I did this at an odd hour of the night) and warming up by heating up the towel with hot water... but of course its awkward since people walk in and out to use the bathroom, which brings me back to my original question to avoid that awkwardness, lol!
