Today, I decided to try something a little different. I did half of my jelq time, followed by the squeezes, then went to do the other half of the jelqs. As it turns out, the penis has become extra engorged from the squeezes, so trying to go back to jelqs led to some discomfort. It didn't hurt but I was worried that it could lead to injury, so I quickly stopped. Did a few more squeezes, took a warm shower, and called it a day. Anybody else have any experience in different orders of different types of exercises, what works particularly well, what works particularly bad, etc? I am also curious if PE would be more effective if the types of exercises were varied.
