Is it normal that some rest days measurements are shorter?

Is it normal that one's unit can measure shorter during some days if he over trained his unit from the previous day?

If your EQ is lower then sure it's not unusual.

Well, i watch porn and I get pretty hard. I think EQ is good. Is it normal to just shrink like that?
