Hi, so I currently do, and have done for quite a while, a 30 minute edging session right after my routine. I like it there and firmly believe in edging for stamina and health. I recently quit watching porn, which I used to do practically every edging session along with many other times for myself. I just decided I watched it too much when I don't need to and shouldn't, so am doing all my edging and such solo now. Obviously after watching it that much I've had a bit of a drop in drive and such, but that was always to be expected and I hear given time it'll come back stronger than ever. My main problem is that now, in my 30 minute edging, maintaining errection for extended times at a good EQ is much harder. with porn I'd be at a constant 9-10, would be able to go to the PONR at my own leisure and it was great. Now I'd say the overall would be a 7-7.5 for the full 30 minutes, which I consider a drastic drop. I can still reach a rock hard 10, but just maintaining it for the 30 minutes seems so so much harder.
My question is should I stop edging until my EQ rises back to normal, or is edging at not quite a greatt errection level compared to what it could be not a big deal? Alternatively I could do shorter edging sessions at a better EQ but I've read for edging to be useful they have to be sort of around 30 minutes minimum.
I'm already dealing with the EQ, i'm in a kegel and reverse kegel routine, I cut down on how many times I ejaculate (still keeping it healthy but avoiding every day) and am continuing with general PE.I'm back!

I think your EQ situation might be a mind training opportunity. I started on a serious PE program (JP90 more or less) a couple weeks ago, and adjusted my mind as prescribed. Results: 1/2" gain in BPFL and BPFG, and a plump dick most of the time. EQ went from 25% to
95%. I've more energy for gym workouts, pushing limits, and I'm almost always ready to snuggle and play with my wife. I feel like I want
to shoot most of the day. As a senior, I say this program is golden.
I've been plagued with ED and almost no sex life for many years. I was down to a weekly masturbation/edge/ejac. routine, and sex with the wife maybe at 2 month intervals (no interest). I did enjoy an occasional edge session, 30-45 minutes always with ejac. That was my only sexual entertainment.
Back to training the mind: best results from PE come from those who don't ejac., and the next best group were ones who do so monthly. They have trained themselves to direct their excitement toward their lover(s). They maintain that moderate to high state of arousal and just don't go too far with it. Make it fun to be plumped up at the gym; it makes you want to push yourself toward ever higher goals. Make it fun to walk to the store with a semi; makes you want to walk more. If anyone does notice, they all enjoy it, men and women.
