Thread: Starting PE (Need tips)

Hi guys, my name is daniel and im going to start doing PE excersises today, my penis is about 6.8 inches while hard ill measure myself more precisely later...
My only problem is that i am a grower so my dick looks pretty small while flaccid despite having an average sizer while been hard, ive heard bed fowfers are the solution to my problem thats why im going to start doing them today... I would like to hear your thoughts on this.

It sounds good but i would also like to hear your experience with it, to know if there are some new things that the post doesnt mention...
Also i heard on a growtallforum that taking niacin with an empty stomach produces HGH increase wich can help build muscle faster and im planning on using it for PE too...

dont expect any gains until atleast 3 months, use a grip that is not hard enough to break an egg. it is very very easy to damage ur penis. take my advice mate.

Great choice of program, man. Go at it as written.
For what it's worth: There's an exercise forum if you want to talk about muscle building, but eating is such a pivotal component of strength training that having an empty stomach is not desirable. I'm not going to tell you what to put into your body in terms of hormones or whatever, but a lot can be gained with a good diet alone. Not to mention the cost of food relative to hormones.
In terms of PE, the penis does not quite behave the same way as your biceps. I understand where you're coming from, because muscles generally operate something like this: train, recover, rest, grow and repeat. The penis is different. It does requires rest from sessions, but it's not like a muscle group to be trained. I hope this helps.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.
