Um, no, spontaneous and unheralded development of dry orgasm isn't normal, it's great of course, but not normal.
I presume it is something that you have been working towards for a few months? Could you possibly tell us how you went about training yourself? Because achieving the technique required to perform Male Multiple Orgasms and Dry Orgasms usually takes many months (or even years) of practice and dedication, yet you have allegedly done it in a week.
I'd love to hear how.
In regards to your other questions, stronger erections are a great sign and more prominent/visible veins are both normal and beneficial as it is a sign of increased vascular performance/capacity

Some dudes have naturally strong PC muscles. I believe those same dudes are in danger of cramping if they don't exercise those muscles regularly. Just a theory.

But DO isn't just a question of kegel strength, it is also a question of timing, endurance and isolation.
Also there is often a period of re-adaptation once you have learned how to implement the proper technique, your brain and CNS have to disassociate orgasm from ejaculation, that is why, initially, many guys correctly perform a DO but continue to lose their erection after orgasm for a while until they have adapted.

I don't know what to tell you, i've only been doing it for a week. Before that I the only penis exercise I did was masturbating. The month before I starteddoing PE workouts, I would masturbated everyday. I would do it for 20-30 minutes at a time.
