Thread: Slow vs Fast Jelqing
- 09-05-2012 #1
This article is about muscle growth and lifting, but I wonder if it may also apply to jelqing speeds. I am a firm believer in slower is better, and this article substantiates that - if we can compare skeletal muscle cells to smooth muscle cells. Time under tension seems to be key to getting bigger.

In our world of PE "time under tension" could be considered time in devices such as pumps, clamps, hangers and extenders in a round about way of thinking. For jelqing I like the slow over fast as it allows visualization of my future outcome. Just my two cents...
