This week i have noticed my PC muscles are stronger....meaning i am able to squeeze and hold the PC muscles alot longer with (Less Fatigue) than i could last week.... i take that as improvement.
Here was my routine last week and current routine this week.
Last week on M W F... i did 4 sets of 30second holds Regular kegels
And this Week on M W F....... i and doing Regular kegals 4 sets of 30 second holds and reverse kegals 4 sets of 30 second holds
Next week should i and 5 sets of 30 second holds of each exercise or what...... I understand you can overtrain the PC so just looking for some sound advice as to what i can add to this next week..or is what i'm doing already enough??
