    Hi everyone ! I am starting a high protein diet and serious weightlifting routine 4 times a week (two of which in the resting pe days ) . So my case is this : I can start from 13:30 doing PE , the thing is that i go to the fitness in 17:00 and when i get home i have company and i can freak them out with my pe routine . So my questions are :

    Can I do my pe exercises (jelqing , stretching and kegels) and be done in 15:00 o`clock and start training at 18:00 o`clock ? Because we all know that when you train the blood flow is concentrated in your muscles , not in your unit . Are those 3 hours of rest after jelqing enough to have gains ?

    The time split should be fine, it you want to have fun at the gym put on a cock ring after your workout and act all serious in your workout and notice the head turns in the gym. Mirrors on all walls can be fun...
