Hi Guys I Have been pe'ing for years and Have recently realised after allot of research I've been doing things wrong, I have been Pulling very hard on my dick and I think Strengthening it in the process, really just effecting the elastic side of things when Really its the plastic side of things that should be focused on and from what I've read its longer/Lighter force stretches that should be done, with heat and possibly a cool down.
Thing is I'm a power lifter with a very strong grip and I'm finding it hard to judge the strength I should be using, it almost feels like I'm doing nothing but My dick Actually seems longer and well stretched when I'm doing the longer/lighter force stretches.
Would you guys agree thats its Lighter force stretches needed to lengthen the penis, I'm at my wits end with PE. Years of dedicated routines with no results, I hung for a long time them moved to manual. I have faith in Manual but I'm defiantly doing it wrong.

It seems as though when you hang your exerting a massive amount of force on your penis so I can't imagine that pulling hard would necessarily be something harmful or something that would hinder growth but then again I don't know much about this subject. I'll let one of the more experienced guys answer this more thoroughly. I too have been stretching with a lot of force but I compensate by resting a lot. I'd like to know what an experienced PEer thinks....

I power lifted myself and I benched a pretty good amount of weight. Regardless of what anyone thinks you can not ever equal the stress that a 20 lb weight will produce for 20 minutes with your hand. Even if you can pull harder than 20 lbs of force odds are that you will let your weener slip through your fingers. I have done manual stretches and hanging, no comparrison between the two.
I have heard many good things about lighter force, using it to gently coax the inner penis through a gentler controlled strecth and relaxation of the body. A great way to do this is to lie down on a bed, turn the lights down or off and be relaxed as you can be then start your stretching slowly. Try not to have involuntary kegels. This type of stretching is almost like a form of yoga. I believe it could work.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Involuntary kegels--would that be contractions on the way to a raging boner?
