Hi! I have been doing PE off and on since 07. About a year and a half ago started doing it on a regular basis 2 on 1 off. I have gained in length about 1 1/4 in length but no girth. I do 10 minutes of jelqing and use a pump. Can anybody give me some better options? Thanks in advance!

Clamping, supraslammers, big Als, 440 horse squeeze.
Maybe add bundled stretches or tunica tugs with your stretching routine.Starting: 1/14/12
BPEL 7.25 x 4.75(both MEG & BEG)

Try only gaining .25" in several years and no girth. I see in one of your other posts you said you went from 5.5 to 7.25 BP and went from 4.5" to 5.25 EG and yet in this post you say you didn't gain any girth. Which is it? What about that is so frustrating ? I myself dont beleive PE works, and trust me i have tried EVERYTHING
AAKG, DHT gel, hanging all the way up to 30kgs all angles, dld stretches, jelqing and pulling along with ads
Im 25 years old and have wasted quite alot of my time pulling on my cock of which i regret, because it does nothing and has actually given me a seriously ugly bruise marks around my cock

I remember in the past i felt so depressed doing all this work and getting nothing, searching the internet daily in hopes of some breakthrough. But people have anything but pe to research on

I think it works it just doesn't work for some people, unfortunately were two of those people. I'm pretty used to drawing the short straw though. Still don't like it! For some everything comes easy for others there just f***ed.
P.s.- Don't believe all the "gains" that are reported here. There is a fair share of b.s. artists.

Me too, I have had hardly any girth gains since PEing more than 1 year ago: maybe 0.2 inches at most, althought that might be down to EQ. However, I am quite happy with length gains, which went from 5.25 to 6.7. I am thinking of getting some coaching when I reach my length goal.Starting stats (8/8/2011): 5.25' BPEL and 4.9' EG.
Stats on 9/8/2012: 6'7 BPEL and 5' EG.
Short-term goal: 6' BPEL and 5.1' EG.
Long-term goal: 7' BPEL and 5.75' EG.

I started PE early 2010, Didnt really see ANY girth gains till late 2011, and that's cause I re started my whole routine with harder erections, most likely damaged mines in the process gaining up to my current, and have
lost like .2" in MEG since 4/30/2012. Girth is a real bitch for some peeps... But then again so is being consistent and not overtraining, maybe you should question yourself before you question a 2000+ year old technique....
And to the OP try bundle stretches as well, they worked wonders for me.
