Hey everyone, was just wanting to know if i could do some light pe on my off days? By light I mean very light, my current proper pe routine is 12 warmup, jp90 stretches held for 45 secs with 30 quick kegels, l,r,u,d &so, followed by 50 x 5-8 secs wet jelqing, 15 mins edging & an 8 min warmdown, i do this mon, tues, thurs & fri, i also do a kegel routine these days (50 x 5 sec holds, 4 x 30 - 40 sec holds & rks in the same fashion). On my off days (wed, sat & sun) i usually do a 8 min warmup & a few helis to keep the blood flowing, 1 of the days ill edge for a while then ejaculate(i TRY to ejaculate only once a week) my question is is there anything light i could do on these days to help gains? Preferably something aimed more towards girth? I know off days are needed i just feel i might be able to do something light to help with gains & recovery? Fowfers maybe idk?
Any help would be cool.
