    Hey guys!

    I know I haven't posted a while, but that's because I have classes and a roommate now... My routine is going well, right now it evolved to this:

    10 minute warmup (with a heating pad)
    Basic stretches
    Tunica Tug
    Re-warmup
    4 sets of O bends
    *Supra slammers on cycle day 1
    **50 Wet Jelqs, 30 V-jelqs, 10-20 Horse squeezes on cycle day 2
    End with a ballooning/edging session (If my roommate is still out lol)

    **PE 5 days a week, 5 on/2 off

    (If you guys have any suggestions to my routine (takes around an hour or a little more), please feel free to let me know!)

    However, my real question is am I doing an OK grip right? Whenever I have around 90% of an erection to do Uli's/supras, my penis doesn't expand when I grip the base! I don't see my head filling with blood, I just feel like I'm gripping a finger or something! Right now I'm doing an underhand OK grip as close to the bottom of the base as possible. Please help! I feel like I'm thinning out my dick whenever I try to do supra slammers!
    Start (Summer '11):
    5.2 NBPEL
    5.5 BPEL
    5 EG

    Current (Jan '13):
    6.2 NBPEL
    ~6.7 BPEL
    ~5.2 EG

    Goal:
    ~7.5 NBPEL
    ~5.5 EG

    Try and do some kegels then to trap the blood first then do an OK grip and see if it expands. I always do a few kegels before I hold the uli.

      Thanks for the insight! I haven't really experimented enough with kegels so I guess I'll give it a try next time!
