I have been doing PE for about one year now, however I am not very satisfied with the girth gain, though I did gain for the length. I hope I can get some help from folks in the forum.
One strange thing is that no matter how I tried in girth exercises, I can never get a penis expand beyond its normal erection size. In so many posts on this forum however, people mention things like "Your shaft will become greatly engorged", "beyond normal erection", "You pump will last a very long time after and your head will be screaming of a huge mushroom head", Moreover, many folks suggest that they get bigger, plump flaccid penis after the girth exercises which I don't get either, no matter how intensive my girth exercise is. My penis after the exercises stays pretty much the same as before.
The only way I can have a bigger, plump flaccid penis after exercises is by using BathMate, which usually lasts for about four to five hours after using the device.
Another thing I have noticed is that my BPFSL is not bigger than my BPEL. In fact, my BPFSL is even a bit shorter than my BPEL! According to the TGC theory, this seems to suggest that tunica is my limiting factor. However I don't think my EQ is 9 or 10, it is more like a 8, which contradicts one of the main clues for the tunica to be the limiting factor. I still feel that probably tunica is my limiting factor, I just don't know whether the difference between my BPEL and BPFSL is enough for me to draw this conclusion.
My main goal is to gain girth, and I understand that to achieve this goal, I probably need both length and girth exercises, I just need to find the right ones. So here are my questions:
1. Which is more likely my limiting factor? Tunica or smooth muscle? Should I do more length exercises, such as tunica tug, stretching, to help gain girth?
2. Why cannot I get greatly engorged penis, or make my penis expand beyond normal erection during girth exercises, or have bigger flaccid penis after exercises (with the only exception being BathMate)? Are there any girth exercises that I can try to achieve these? Currently I mainly do uli and supraslammer as my girth routine. Is it possible that I am making some common mistakes during the exercises?
3. If you can recommend some other girth/length exercises that may help me to effectively gain girth, that would be highly appreciated.
