    I have been doing PE for about one year now, however I am not very satisfied with the girth gain, though I did gain for the length. I hope I can get some help from folks in the forum.

    One strange thing is that no matter how I tried in girth exercises, I can never get a penis expand beyond its normal erection size. In so many posts on this forum however, people mention things like "Your shaft will become greatly engorged", "beyond normal erection", "You pump will last a very long time after and your head will be screaming of a huge mushroom head", Moreover, many folks suggest that they get bigger, plump flaccid penis after the girth exercises which I don't get either, no matter how intensive my girth exercise is. My penis after the exercises stays pretty much the same as before.

    The only way I can have a bigger, plump flaccid penis after exercises is by using BathMate, which usually lasts for about four to five hours after using the device.

    Another thing I have noticed is that my BPFSL is not bigger than my BPEL. In fact, my BPFSL is even a bit shorter than my BPEL! According to the TGC theory, this seems to suggest that tunica is my limiting factor. However I don't think my EQ is 9 or 10, it is more like a 8, which contradicts one of the main clues for the tunica to be the limiting factor. I still feel that probably tunica is my limiting factor, I just don't know whether the difference between my BPEL and BPFSL is enough for me to draw this conclusion.

    My main goal is to gain girth, and I understand that to achieve this goal, I probably need both length and girth exercises, I just need to find the right ones. So here are my questions:

    1. Which is more likely my limiting factor? Tunica or smooth muscle? Should I do more length exercises, such as tunica tug, stretching, to help gain girth?
    2. Why cannot I get greatly engorged penis, or make my penis expand beyond normal erection during girth exercises, or have bigger flaccid penis after exercises (with the only exception being BathMate)? Are there any girth exercises that I can try to achieve these? Currently I mainly do uli and supraslammer as my girth routine. Is it possible that I am making some common mistakes during the exercises?
    3. If you can recommend some other girth/length exercises that may help me to effectively gain girth, that would be highly appreciated.

    Focus on your smooth muscle with out leaving out your tunica, and what was your EQ before your length gains?

      Hi MrB8, Thanks for your reply!

      So you think my limiting factor is smooth muscle because of my EQ, although my BPFSL is not longer than my BPEL? My EQ before doing PE was about the same as now, about 8 I believe.

        Have you tried clamping? I sound like a broken record in all these threads but I just started and it is fantastic. I never got any expansion from manual squeezes either but with clamping I do and it feels great. Food for thought.

          Because of the EQ, I mean, get the most out of your SM, then switch focus to the tunica, like the bikes inner/outer tubes analogy.

          As Hopeful&dedicated said above clamping is a good option for those struggling with girth.

            Thanks MrB8! If I understand you correctly, you suggest that I first mainly focus on smooth muscle related exercises, then after a while if I can get a higher EQ, I can then switch to more tunica oriented exercises, correct?

              What is your routine now? I didn't gain girth until I cut way down to PE 2-3 times a week .

                Thanks for the advice Hopeful&dedicated! Clamping sounds like a promising alternative, will give it a try for sure.

                  Hi Startbuck1776, my routine is roughly as follows,

                  Warmup
                  Stretching for about 6 to 7 minutes.
                  Tunica tugs for about 15 minutes.
                  Uli for about 10 minutes.
                  Supra slammer for about 10 minutes.
                  Warm down.

                  I do above routine once per day, 5 days a week.

                  I don't see any signs of over training however I don't see positive signs either. My EQ stays almost the same as where it was when I started PE one year ago. I had noticable gains for my length but almost no improvement for my girth.

                    Exactly, sorry I was/am posting from my mobile, and for advanced tunica exercises, have you tried Bundled Stretch - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness ?

                      No sure if this works, but I feel large everyday throughout the day.
                      What I do is edging 3 times everyday. Morning, afternoon and evening.
                      Pushing blood into the penis, most of the time I do not get a full erection.
                      Perhalps 80% or a bit more.


                      Also, mixing the above, i've started with a special technique.
                      I sit on the edge of the toilet, I grip my
                      base as tight to the fat pad as possible, get an erection and start "fucking"
                      so to speak, back and forth, each of these will push blood up the shaft
                      and expand, not with a full erection, like before 80% erect. Do these
                      until I feel the pressure maximize, when the erection has calmed,
                      I masturbate back to 80% and start over, three to four times total.


                      Might help. Do a warmup before and you will se even better results.
                      Also, I guess this exercise is not at all for the newbie!!!!
                      Now...this might not work for all of you throughout the day, just
                      do them morning and evening instead.


                      Also, I jelq at higher erection up to 80% every day except 1 day each week.
                      With mixed ULI's.
                      BPEL...7.0 ...7.75....8
                      EG......4.9 . .5.4 ..,.6

                        I would suggest some marathon edging sessions. They did wonders for length AND girth--try
                        to edge for one to two hours each time.

                          Thanks so much guys!

                          Both Bundled Stretch, edging, and clamping sound promising! I will start doing them regularly and see how they can help me to expand my penis effectively and eventually gain girth.

                            Dude, try cutting that down to 2 sessions per week. I bet you will grow! The other days just have a nice relaxing edging session for 10-20 minutes. Cum at the end if you wish. No porn is probably best!

                              I'd like to add that I never get much expansion at all, but my girth has steadily increased all over my penis. But it's taken a long time! Be patient!
