Squeezing and holding the Corpus Spongiosum before and while ejaculating - safe?

Hi,

I was thinking about trying out something new to me.

Get fully erect, edge a little, then when I'm rock hard, squeeze the base along with the corpus spongiosum (lower part, pressuring it, expanding the upper part of the penis even more), and simply rub the penis head (which also is rock hard now) and try to get an orgasm. WHILE still pressuring the base and CP.

Is this dangerous? What will happen? I did try to google it, but I didn't really get any good answers from random doctor sites.

If youre not careful, you could reverse ejaculate into your bladder (it has to go somewhere). I read this causes a burning sensation during urination.

Clamped edging requires considerable condition. I have not attempted to ejaculate while doing this, though I have had multi dry orgasms.

Go carefully with this and I suggest not to attempt ejaculation.
