  • Done with JP90 here is what I'm thinking!

    So I just finished up with JP90 tonight. I noticed good girth gains and EQ but not so much in the length department. I didn't take meassurements as I was having a problem getting an erection due to stress over a break up. I will be taking meassurements soon. But here is What I was thinking of doing.

    After I was done with my JP90 tonight I put on my extender. I hadn't used it since starting JP90 and when I put it on the 1" rods were not long enough for any kind of stretch. I ended up using the 2" rods and it feels great. The extender doesn't hurt like it used to and I feel a healthy stretch. So here is what I'm planning on doing for a few months.

    Continue with the JP90 program as it has increased girth and EQ
    Add my extender in for at least 3 days aweek so I can stretch for some length.

    This is my theory and please tell me if I'm wrong. Doing all the jelques in the JP90 program will keep my girth in check, and adding the extender will start to increase my length. So I am effectively working length and girth. I have seen amazing results from JP90 so I do not want to stop that program. I just want to add in some length. Also I do not want to lose my upward cure.

      Sounds good! Might want to consider some squeezes for girth but it you are seeing amazing resluts with JP90 I would keep doing what you're doing until you stop seeing those resluts. Good Luck! PE is amazing!

        I will look into squeezes. I think I already do those sometimes. between stretches in the warm up I would grab the base, skin and all, and squeeze to my glans or as far as i could go without pain and hold for a few seconds. Everything would get really red and full and hard.
