  • Going to try PE again

    Hey all,
I started PE early this year. I finished JPs 90 day program then due to time constraints, made up my own work out and did that for about 3 more months.
After seeing basically zero gains of 6 months of commitment, I kind of just stopped. Its almost been about...2...maybe 3 months of zero PE exercise.
I want to give PE ONE more try and see if it can work for me.

    My questions are these:
    1. since I have already done JP's 90, even though I went on a pretty long break, do I have to start there again?
    2. How intense can I make my work out? I thinking this:
10 min warm up with a rice sock
quick stretch session with pulling in all directions, tunica tugs, a-stretch.

From reading from successful stories, its clear that lots of jelqing needs to be in the routine so I plan on:
    150 of OK-jelq
    100 of V-jelqs

    3x15 Jai stretch

    thanks for the input/help.
