So yeah, let me start off by sharing why i bumped into this site below. I've been jelqing for weeks now, while examining my member, i noticed a small patch of scaly skin, like a very small patch. Its numb, its smooth like a healed scar. few weeks back i noticed it was kind of whitish like its shedding some skin, i scared it off then i started to notice the numbness. its located right under the head. worried, Examined my member again, and noticed the left side near the tip has a lighter color(pale'ish), tried to rub it to test the sensation, to my horror it was not as sensitive as the other parts of the head, same is with the left side. The left has a little more sensation to it. but at the center, at the top and bottom part, its very sensitive and its color is normal.
So i googled about rashes and stuff, and specifically googled about desensitized penis glans.
I've read some comments from users and stuff, majority of the comments has something to say about the correlation of masturbation and losing some sensitivity. But i think mine is more than than, like i said earlier. i am worried about the 'rash' (i dont know what to call it) that it might have spread or something, but i cant find any articles or whatsoever about it in the internet. At the range of 1-10, 10 being the most sensitive, my right tip hemisphere is around 5-6, left 6-7. center 10. Any comments about this?
And while reading about desensitized penis, a doctor commented about Jelqing, penis exercise have contributory factors on damaging nerves. Link is below. Is that doctor generally saying that such exercises regardless of intensity has damaging effects on a penis?

I highly doubt you have damaged any nerves. It sounds like a skin problem. Steve gave some solid advice - follow it."Know the rules well, so that you may properly break them" - The Dalai Lama
