hi members im looking for a routine to gain more lenth im currently about 7 inches i have finished the 90 day beginners routine and looking for something more advanced any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Just start doing some research on good length exercises and modify your current routine to include them. There are a lot of different stretches you can check out (bundled stretches, A-stretches and V-stretches, Mandingo stretch, tunica tugs... to name a few)
You may also want to check out devices such as extenders and hangers to supplement your routine.
I would personally move on to advanced stretches and then consider hanging if and when the stretches become ineffective.
