I have heard kegels are actually very important for EQ. Is this true>
And what other xercises could I do? Will Ulis increase EQ

Kegels are your main exercise, a good kegel AND reverse kegel routine will see improvements/maintain your current errection quality.
If you are doing exercised just for EQ and not for gains, i'd advise against uli's, as all girth work is known to take a toll on EQ if you do too much of it. While this doesn't mean don't do girth work just make sure you keep up your good Kegel/rKegel routine.
Also, edging might help you a bit.I'm back!

KEGELS KEGELS KEGELS! Reverse kegels, edging, ballooning and towel raises will also help you maintain and/or increase EQ.

Man i still don't get rkegels.. I have researched about them and don't get it. I think i do them but nit without tensing my abs etc

Yes, in my experience, kegels are by far the best exercise for EQ. Jelqing improved my EQ a lot as well, due to improved blood flow and increased vascularity.

There are two ways to get the feeling of a kegel. The first would be to try to cut off the flow of urine while you are taking a piss. This could be potentially harmful but if you know which muscle does it, that is kegeling. Another would be to get an erection and try to make your dick "bounce," so to speak.

+100 on kegels. in less than a month I have gone from a dribble to a shot gun blast. I shot about 3 feet the other night and way better (deep) orgasm.
another way to find the PC muscle is if you got to go #2 real bad its what keeps you from craping your pants. possibley safer than stopping urine flow too but potentially more messy
