Okay guys?
What is right, I'm hearing 3 months before going to more intense exercises. Then I;m hearing 6 months. If some people don't know what their talking about, they should leave the advice to those who know better. I ended up with an injury because someone said 3 months you should be conditioned for advanced exercises. Can someone qualified give me some good advice please. Thanks.

I'm sorry that happened. I can understand why you would be upset. What kind of injury do you have?
It depends on the exercise. Which exercise are you referring to?"Know the rules well, so that you may properly break them" - The Dalai Lama

Probably most of them said also to starts slowly like 1-2 reps and build it up over time. Since you have an injury now stop all PE for a while. Post your conditioning routine, and the one that gave you an injury.

I'm sorry that happened too. There is nothing magical about 3 or 6 month periods. I have heard of guys who have been doing Ulis during masturbation before they even knew it had a name - it just felt good to them. Truth is, the conditioning times are guidelines that we use in order to set some sort of basic standard for new guys to follow.
Now, some exercises are really intense and advanced (like clamping) and others are just a little more intense than the beginner exercises.I am no longer an active member on the PEGym.

There is no magic number where a person is all of the sudden magically conditioned. As pointed out, its just a guideline that should be relatively safe for most individuals. The most important thing with new exercises is to ease into them very slowly (over a couple of weeks), gradually building intensity so you can see how your body responds. Its unfortunate that you got injured - just try to learn from it and move forward.
Good luck
