Bathmate as warm up or warm down

my question is, should i use my bathmate as a warm up or warm down, or both? Im new to devices. Thanks in advance.

Anyone? No.. Would very much appreciate someone with some knowledge in pumping and pe in general. What is best way to incorporate the bathmate, before or after manual exercises?
