I hung twice yesterday so I would be wrong to say you shouldnt stetch twice. Try it for a month, keep an eye on yur PIs and let us know what happens.
Personally, I do Fowfer's (lazzy ass stretch) for 2-5 hours per day, and take a rest day when my ligs fatigue quickly. The pressure that I do the Fowfer's at are equivalent to mild to moderate hanging. I have nothing but PI's even when my ligs are really fatigued. I also jelq, and do various stretches most days. So my answer would be it depends on how you respond to it, if you have not been stretching for a great length of time ease into it. However in my book what you are describing is not over-training if you know what you are doing and have PE'd for awhile.
