    hey if i am not looking for lenght but i want more girth what should i do for that?

    You can start by not hijacking someone's thread. haha

    Lots of info on beginner routines. They all provide some girth work. Just jelq and don't stretch.

    I hung twice yesterday so I would be wrong to say you shouldnt stetch twice. Try it for a month, keep an eye on yur PIs and let us know what happens.

    OK that is what I will do:

    Stretch in all directions
    Extend
    Jelq
    Edge

    then later
    Light stretch downward to keep ligs stretched and fatigued

    Personally, I do Fowfer's (lazzy ass stretch) for 2-5 hours per day, and take a rest day when my ligs fatigue quickly. The pressure that I do the Fowfer's at are equivalent to mild to moderate hanging. I have nothing but PI's even when my ligs are really fatigued. I also jelq, and do various stretches most days. So my answer would be it depends on how you respond to it, if you have not been stretching for a great length of time ease into it. However in my book what you are describing is not over-training if you know what you are doing and have PE'd for awhile.

    Yes, but hanging is reportedly the most effective due to the fact that it can be done for hours at a time, not because the angle of stretching.
