Thread: What road should i take now?

Hello everyone it has been 3 weeks from the start .
5 days on , 2 days off per week
10 minutes warm up
6 minutes basic stretches
10 minutes jelqing
10 minutes warming off
150 kegels a week
This is the very basic rookie routine . The most harmless , i guess.
The results ? Well I can`t tell for sure because I don`t remember this i measure myself standing up or seating down .
A few stuff have changed for sure :
The positive :
Maybe a 0.1/0.2" erected girth gain.
Pretty sure I have a larger flaccid.But when there is something dangerous or etc . it gets the same it was before .
(Don`t ask me why do i look at my flaccid in dangerous moments Let`s call it the pe worker syndrom)
The negative ones :
Definitely no length gains
And lower EQ + slightly harder to achieve them . I believe this is because my lack of horniness . This is the 5th day in a roll that i haven`t been masturbating and i still must wait 10-20 seconds to get a fully erection while watching porn (for example).Before i started PE i came back from a 8 days vacation and i was thinking was ejaculating with an erection every time i thought about it .
So here is my question :
Vets , what is your suggestion ? Am i gaining but getting over trained ?Or what ? Please help me gain with your answer
