I'm still new to this and I've been doing fowlers (if I spelled that right) and just started doing LAS does anyone have any other work outs to do dfor flaccid gains I want to make it bigger. Right now it's 4 inches flaccid I would like to make it 6 inches. Is it possible to gain to inches?

I've been doing only basic stretches and basic Jelqing, seems to help my flaccid gains even more than my erect, try to focus on stretches even though it decreases EQ apparently, I've been hanging a lot more than usual since I started manual stretchingBPEL---EG-----Date

LAS's will almost guarantee you flaccid gains. The exercise stretches your upper ligs which allows some of your inner penis to be exposed.FL 6.0"/MFG 5.75", BPEL 7.00"/MEG 6.5"

Build up time as you get used to them. I usually sit for over an hour now, sometimes less, sometimes longer. Do them several times a day, most days. I don't suggest sitting on it for an hour since you are new to it. Go for as long as it feels comfortable. I have been doing these for years, and like everything else I do in PE I go at it hard, but have had no negative problems ever.
