Thread: Need some advice (urgent)

I recently discovered that i should probably focus more on my tunica. I feel that the tunica is my limiting factor after reading a post yesterday; my EQ is very high. I have thought about replacing my stretching with a 20 minute hanging session, low intensity of course. Then finish up with my jelqs. I have also been clamping but have heard these two are not a good combination. Im looking for a good routine that will target my tunica as im looking for length and girth because my smooth muscle seems to be doing ok right now. If anyone has any insight, i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks and rep as always to whomever sheds some light on this.

Do you have that thick "cord" that seems to run through your penis when flaccid stretched?

The problem with heavy girth work and hanging is it will be unbearable. Fr will keep you from achieving a good attachment. I'm not saying it couldn't be done but it would be hard.
I have found my penis becomes more resistant to the pain of long extender sessions and harder stretches if I stop girth work.
20 min of hanging wont do you any good. It is simply not enough time to fatigue the penis. You will never condition the soft tissue enough to be able to hang higher weights.
It takes some people a few months to become conditioned just to hang enough weight to actually gain. Hanging is a huge commitment.

Yes to the cord. After warming up with stretching, it seems to go away for the most part though.

I think it just means your tunica may be what is limiting you.

Oh right, thanks for clearing that up. According to the TGC theoy, my tunica is the limiting factor for me too so i've been doing a stretching based routine. Have you tried tunica tugs? I'd defintely suggest them.

how are tunica tugs done? PEskeptic, i also have that cord. what does it mean?
