hey guys so from what i understand is when your first start seeing BPEL gains it is probably from increased EQ,
but are BPFSL gains actual gains? because increased EQ wouldnt mean increased BPFSL i think

you're right, and BPFSL gains will transform into BPEL gains eventually

According to the TGC theory (search it!), if your BPFSL is 0,5 inches bigger than your BPEL you should concentrate on girth work to enlarge your smooth muscle, if its not longer than 0,5 inches you should focus on your tunica!

what exercises have u been doing?

EDIT: did the work for you, there you go, man! give it a read!

My BPFSL is over .75" longer than when I started PE but my my BPEL has only increased by .25" and its been a while. I'm not too sure that theory is valid. If it is it doesn't apply to me.

Im sry to hear that, coltar. I've been working out according to this theory lately, haven't meassured yet though. After all its just a theory, but in the big world of unknowns in PE its at least something to hold on... we'll see...
