  • New to PE - A Few Questions.

    Hey Guys.

    Have been doing the JP90 routine for just over a week and have a few questions.

    I read that Jelqing is directed more toward girth gain, not length. Is this true? My main goal is an increase in length. Is there something more I should add to ensure an increase in length?

    Also have read about LOT, but do not fully understand this concept. I have tried the stretches and kegels and have felt a tug back in all directions.

    Would really appreciate some help with this.

    You're a beginner, so just do a beginner routine without adding anything.
    Forget about LOT and just stretch in all 5 directions, and yes jelqs is mainly for girth but at low erection levels it can help with length.
    Do jp90, get conditioned then do what you want after the 90 days.

      Thanks for the reply. Will continue with JP90 and see how it goes.

      Just another quick question. How do i know if I am overtraining?

      I have not experienced any pain or anything like that and my EQ is still very good. Since I am new to this I don't want to do any damage to my penis due to inexperience.
