Thread: ULI #3 Problems. Help

Hi all, Im trying a new routine these days and a big part of it is the ULI #3 exercise.
But I find it so difficult to perform that its really frustrating me.
It is recommended to do 7-10 strokes per set and 30-60 seconds per one stroke. The problem is that I cannot maintain an erection for such a long and slow motion... I do strokes of 15 seconds (because in 30-60 seconds my penis will get totally flaccid + it is not so long penis so my grip arriving to the head in just 15 seconds, as slowliest as I do it). And in addition, after 3 strokes I lose my erection at all.
I have tried using even porn for this (which is a bad thing I know..) but it also failed. its just hard to maintain an erection in such slow stroke.
Has somebody here tried this exercise and can help me?

Yea the same thing happens to me whenever an exercise calls for an erection. I need to constantly stimulate myself in some way to get hard. It's been awhile since I've done the uli #3, so refresh my memory ... don't they incorporate a squeeze into it? First thing first lighten your grip a little. Second when you gripping at the base push it all the way in the fat pad (reverse OK grip) to get extra blood.
Do not forget to do few extra kegels to get more blood in
I start with 90-100% of erection by the fifth stroke I'm like 50-60%

I was around the PE forums many years ago when Uli posted a few times and then disappeared leaving behind his legacy of the "Uli #3".
From what I remember (I printed his posts and have them somewhere) the name "Uli #3" comes from the exercise he described in the 3rd step of his workout. First being warm-up, second jelqing and third squeezing the base of his penis with and overhand grip while kegaling blood into his erection and holding for about 20 seconds. He would repeat this 10 times for 1 set. I don't remember him talking about stroking up towards the head. I could be wrong though.
I believe Uli admitted that his pre PE size was already monstrous, something like 8x7. He decided to try out penis enlargement as an expiriment to see just how big he could get. He made a remark that the size of his glans was so big that it would impress a camel driver from the Marakesh. I'm pretty sure he stated he had enlarged the size of his penis head to around 9" circumference....hard to believe if you measure something that is 9" around.
If anything he left a standing legacy for such a few number of posts.

It is best to try for 5 minutes of performing this exercises. Work up to 10 or more minutes over the course of 6-8 weeks.
