I am having a lot of trouble to reverse kegel. I am unable to focus on a single muscle and stretch it. I am perfectly able to do regular kegels as if I were holding pee or gas so to speak, but doing the opposite thing with my back or front pelvic muscles is hard for me. Any help would be awesome!!

First of all practice more. After that try doing the most gentle kegel (front or reverse) you can and visualize it at the same time. If you have a problem then put your hand down there and try to feel which muscle contracts first.Start(11.24.11) BPEL 6 7/8 EG 4 7/8
