I have a slight curve that I am looking to straighten. For those of you who have straightened a curve, what exercises did you use to accomplish this and how long did it take you?

I had a very mild curve that has almost completely straightened after 1500 hours of extending and 6 months of hanging ( all of which was over the last year, along with some other general PE). I'm sure if you really focus on the straightening aspect it can be accomplished quicker, but it was nothing I ever really paid too much attention to.

I'm not really a dick expert but I suppose that's the same as upward curve, just flipped horizontally (sort of... lol). If you flip her, it's the same... I guess you're better at some different positions.Last edited by Nachos87; 10-16-2012, 01:22 AM.Into 19th Month
