Hey guys so Ive been reading around the forum and Im trying to figure out when most of you do your PE. Me personally do it towards night time around 9PM. I have school from morning to afternoon, then I usually work out afterwards and I come home very late. But Ive been reading that some guys PE in the morning and then they try to Traction their little guy or keep it from turtling to solidify gains. Im thinking about moving my PE to in the morning. Just curious as to where you guys stand on this.
