For as long as I've been PEing, I still can't seem to fix this problem. To be clear: I don't watch porn for one, I'm physically fit, not depressed, and I eat healthy and get enough fluid. Lack of sleep might be the determining factor.
Anyhow, I can hardly ever even reach 50% erection for my jelqs, much less maintain one when I jelq (it subsides).
My penis always has a hard time getting up after a workout, unlike the plethora of posts I see saying that they are rock hard when edging.
Even on off days, I can hardly manage an erection, at best, I get around a 70%.
Eh, this is just all frustrating... I've been at this for a while and no progress whatsoever. I've already taken a 2 month break off of PE, and restarted JP90 twice.
