Bruised Spot on Scrotum Sac

Today right in the middle of a testicle jelq session i noticed a bruised spot in my left sac. First thought is that most likely it could be that i hurt during the exercise, but of course the mind always wanders to think that could it be something more serious, like testicular cancer... there's no lump, no pain, nothing. i google and a bruised spot doesn't seem to be one of the main indicators.
Have you guys had bruised in your nuts? What do you all think?
