  • No need to cement gains?

I read on the internet that it is not necessary to cement Length gains, since the ligament would remain stretched forever and it would never shrink. Is that true that only girth needs cementing??

i head from many guys they lost some length when breaking up immediately,
on your place i would slowly reduce the intensity of your workouts , during a span of a couple of months, until you have come down to the 0

I would imagine that a ligament could shrink or, more importantly, tighten up and tie itself closer into the body. I did light stretching and edging whenever it was convenient during cementing. I feel like I will be doing light stretching and edging for life because it feels good.
